30-minute sessions, Monday to Friday. The higher figure is the senior-coach rate.

- No registration fee for first joiner.
- Senior-coach rates are marked separately in each cell.
- Lesson ice is subject to the public / hockey / student schedule.
- Stroking classes run before 10am for larger groups.
